Due Diligence: A Critical Step in Project Financing
At Investmart, we emphasize the importance of due diligence for successful project financing. Providing accurate, verifiable documentation without errors, corrections, or amendments is paramount. If you are a project owner, ensure you present all required information and follow each process meticulously. Our purpose is to guide you through this journey, fostering transparency, coherence, and patience.
For brokers, it is crucial to perform your own due diligence and establish direct contact with the project owner or their legal representative. This ensures efficiency and builds trust among all parties involved.
Our Process
We offer secure Google Meet video calls Monday through Friday, from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. EST, and due to due diligence requirements, a video call is mandatory.
Submit a concise project summary, including ownership details, geographic location, and the desired program (HDM, IGM, PAM, BIM, CPP, or LPF), via email to info@investmartcs.com or through our intake officer.
Following the initial conference, we will provide the Mutual Non-Circumvention, Non-Disclosure, and Confidentiality Agreement (MNCNDA) for signing by all parties.
After executing the MNCNDA, we will outline the formal process, including submission of required documentation and intake forms for analysis and approval.
Clients must provide all necessary documents (e.g., valuation reports, geological studies, proof of funds), accompanied by an attestation letter from a credible law firm. Our team will review and provide feedback to ensure submission readiness.
Approved documentation will be forwarded to our accrediting institutions for final evaluation.
KYC/AML screenings will verify legal ownership and regulatory compliance.
Upon final approval, the program will be activated, and funds deployed per the agreed terms.
